Supervisor in Fernhill Heath

Last year, we opened 2 brand-new Monsoon Boutique Stores in Gatwick Airport in both the North & South terminals and we are now looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join our team. This role will be based within Gatwick Airport; therefore, all applicants must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts across airport trading hours (3am-10pm). Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic background check (CRC) and be able to provide a detailed education/employment history spanning the last 5 years prior to starting their employment.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Be a true brand ambassador, supporting the store and team in driving overall performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and demonstrating the Monsoon values.
• Generate profit by exceeding the KPIs.
• Ensure the teams are motivated and knowledgeable, supporting everyone to achieve excellence in their roles.
• Support the management team in maximising commercial opportunities to drive sales within your store, implementing Visual Merchandising and Window Guidelines to a high standard.
• Be flexible in your approach to your role, supporting other stores and team members to achieve a common goal.
• Ensure an inclusive environment, promoting equality and kindness with your team.
• Demonstrate customer focus by delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one‐on‐one service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all you do.
• Confidently lead by example, inspiring your team to make Monsoon a great place for all who work and shop with us.
• Possess experience within a supervisor or key holding role, with a proven track record in delivering excellence in customer service, both personally and through your team.
• Demonstrate passion, drive and resilience, with a can‐do approach.
• Communicate openly and effectively.
• Be a solution‐driven individual, with the ability to make decisions to benefit the business, taking responsibility with a sense of ownership.
