The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are therefore looking for an inspirational creative leader to join our team. In this role you will help run a team of graphic designers and a copywriter, being responsible for the final output of all creative assets across the business from digital to print.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for final output on all customer-facing communications including but not limited to: Web creative, emails, affiliates, Paid social assets, Instore windows & visuals, POS, and packaging.
- Overseeing the workflow for the creative team and creating an environment that promotes creativity.
- Develop the skill set of the creative team providing technical and creative support.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Work with copy to generate cohesion between copy and creative.
- Managing the creative budget.
- Ensure assets are being shared with the larger business for international usage.
- Be a key part of the wider Marketing team with a keen understanding of the campaign calendar.
- Communicate projects and direction with key stakeholders across the business.
- Present creative concepts to internal and external teams to gain buy-in and present a clear direction.
- Understand the big picture of company direction and filter down to team and external suppliers.
- Ability to manage the entire creative process from ideation through to final delivery.
- Be hands-on with the ability to pick up projects when needed.
- Art directing all campaign & in-house shoots.
- Solid understanding of photography and retouching processes.
- Production experience, building teams of freelancers where needed and juggling multiple shoots in a hands-on environment.
- Ability to generate impactful creative assets across various channels and formats.
- Work with the in-house ecommerce studio to ensure ecommerce imagery is effective and to a high standard.
- Act as brand guardian ensuring a consistent visual tone of voice across the customer experience both in store and online.
- Maintain and uphold the style guidelines for the brand.
- Liaise with third party agencies on major campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- The perfect candidate will have a wealth of design, art direction & management experience.
- You may be either in-house or from an agency, but you have a portfolio which shows your work within either accessories, fashion, or beauty.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely in written, verbal and visual forms.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering a structured creative presentation internally and externally.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience working on both digital and print projects including large format and window display.
- A strong understanding of photography and light.
- In-depth knowledge of User experience design.
- Highly organised, with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at once.

Additional skills valued: expert in Figma, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, photography, and light retouching capability. Understanding of Adobe After Effects (Desirable).
