What will you do as a Senior Buyer for Accessorize Angels? Drive sales, profit and performance for the department through the development and execution of future ranges; working closely with the in-house Design team. Analyze sales and competitor performance, constantly looking for opportunities to drive the business. Effectively manage the critical path to deliver product on time to our customers and maximize profitability. Work to build and maintain great relationships with the supplier base to deliver great product, achieve margin, and deliver to critical path. Help develop the wider team through effective leadership and management. What you will need to succeed as Senior Buyer for Accessorize Angels? Strong commercial understanding of the Childrenswear market, specifically beachwear or accessories. Demonstrable success in leading your own area within Buying, ideally from a high street fashion brand. Highly creative nature, with a passion for working closely with product. Flexibility and ability to work at pace, in a fast-moving environment. Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy. What will we offer you in return?
