What will you be doing?

  • Cheese-packed days: Working as part of a smooth, efficient packing line - for both online and wholesale - whilst helping to create a positive atmosphere.
  • Attention to detail: Ensure that every wheel, wedge, and morsel is packed to perfection, to be involved with our cheese care team to follow the cheese from intake to when it leaves the building.
  • Support the team: Work together to meet our Christmas targets and deliver cheesemonger excellence.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to the highest standards to keep things running safely and smoothly.

When & Where?

  • We’re looking for availability from Mid November to end of December 2026.
  • Work will be based at our Arch in Bermondsey (SE16 4RP).
  • Shifts are typically9 hrs 15 including a 45 minute unpaid lunch break, starting as early as 5am & finishing up to 11pm. The schedule will include weekends in the Three weeks prior to Christmas.
  • The job is hands on, working on your feet for most of your shift in our packing room or arch. The space is refrigerated so warm layers are recommended.

What’s in it for you?

  • Generous staff discount—just like the rest of the team.
  • The opportunity to join a dynamic, passionate team in one of the most exciting times of the year in the cheese world.
  • A daily rate of £130 per shift.

Seasonal work at Mons has been the start of many a long, delicious career in the cheese industry. Will yours be next?

We can’t wait to share the cheese joy with you this Christmas!
