About Mons

We are a small, growing London-based cheese company with strong values: a deep respect for our producers, a commitment to sourcing high quality products, and excellent customer relationships. As our operations expand, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Coordinator to support our team and help keep the business running smoothly.

Role Overview

This part-time Administrative Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support across our office and facility. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a small, hands-on environment. You’ll work closely with our accountant, sales and packing teams, and management to ensure administrative processes stay on track.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Accounts email, ensuring timely and professional responses and appropriate follow-up.
  • Support the bookkeeper & accountant with processing invoices, payments, receipts, and other routine financial tasks.
  • Navigate and update financial information using Xero (experience with this platform is a bonus but not required).
  • Enter and manage basic data in our inventory management system (Unleashed).
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records, filing, and updating internal systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry & analysis, document preparation, report generation and scheduling with accuracy and clarity.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks around our facility, such as coordinating deliveries, organising office supplies, or assisting with simple operational needs as required and that fit within the available hours.
  • Assist the Buying & Imports team on an as‑needed basis, as workload and weekly hours allow.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks across competing projects.
  • Self‑motivated and reliable, with prior administrative experience preferred (finance or operations experience a plus).

Prior experience in the food or cheese industry is not required.

Benefits

  • Flexible part‑time schedule across the week.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing artisan food business.
  • Friendly and fast‑paced working environment.

Starting Salary £28,000+ pro rata (depending on experience). We are looking for the right candidate to join our team in early 2026 so will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis. If you have questions about the role, feel free to call us on 020 7064 6912.
