An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cost Manager to join a major infrastructure programme supporting the delivery of large-scale civil and capital projects. The role is hybrid, based in Greater Manchester and will pay up to £80,000 + benefits.
This role offers the chance to work within a Programme Management Office (PMO) environment, providing cost management, financial control, forecasting, and reporting across a portfolio of high-value projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective budget management and robust project controls throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
- Monitor project expenditure and identify cost variances.
- Produce accurate financial and performance reports for programme stakeholders.

Proven experience in Cost Management, Project Controls, or a similar commercial/project services role.

Experience working on civil engineering projects.
Knowledge of project controls and planning systems such as: Primavera P6, Power BI, SAP, Oracle.
