We’re seeking an experienced BIM Manager / Digital Delivery Manager to drive digital delivery and innovation across high-profile construction projects. This role is based in Manchester with local site travel, and pays up to £90,000 + benefits.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone passionate about BIM strategy, digital transformation, and innovation, with the ability to drive change across multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments. You will play a key role in developing and implementing ISO 19650 compliant BIM processes, improving project efficiency, and embedding industry best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM and Digital Delivery strategy aligned with ISO 19650
- Lead digital delivery across infrastructure, civil engineering and regulated sector projects
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, BEPs, CDE processes and digital documentation
- Manage and allocate BIM and digital resources across multiple projects
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies including AR, VR, drones and digital tools
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of BIM professionals and digital specialists
About You
We’re looking for a leader with both strategic vision and technical expertise:
- Experienced in Digital Project Delivery with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and CDE platforms
- Proven experience developing BIM standards and procedures
- Demonstrated leadership managing BIM teams and digital delivery functions
- Good understanding of 3D modelling, clash detection and coordination
