We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Planner to support change management and planning activities on a complex construction project in London. The role will work closely with the Senior Planner and wider commercial and delivery teams to assess programme impacts arising from change, delays, and compensation events under NEC contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and assessment of Compensation Events (CEs) in accordance with NEC 2013 Contract Option A.
- Work closely with the Senior Planner to analyse programme impacts, including critical delays and prolongation.
- Develop, update and interrogate programmes using Primavera P6.
- Attend and contribute to change management and progress meetings.
- Review and assess supply chain Clause 32 programmes, including:
- Actual progress against planned
- Impact on remaining works
- Management of delays and defects
- Proposed changes to sequence or logic
Skills & Experience
- Large scale Construction / Refurb experience.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC 2013 contracts, particularly Option A.
- Advanced experience using Primavera P6.
- Demonstrable experience managing change, delays, and compensation events.
- Ability to communicate programme risk and impact clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach.
