Skills and Experience
- Degree qualified within a construction related discipline.
- MRICS qualified with up to 10 years post-chartered experience in relevant sectors.
- Strong infrastructure experience including utilities, roads, rail and tunnelling projects.
- Demonstrable tunnelling project experience is essential.
- Excellent cost advisory and cost management experience.
- Proficient in Excel with strong working knowledge across all Microsoft Office packages.
- Balanced pre and post contract experience on large-scale and complex projects.
- Previous experience working within a construction consultancy environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and ambitious approach to career progression.
- Team-focused with experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Knowledge and experience of regulated industries and regulatory regimes would be advantageous.
