Overview
Site Compliance Specialist – Garden City Apartments at Monroe Group Ltd. We are seeking a Site Compliance Specialist to provide compliance processing and oversight for our affordable PBS8 community. Ideal candidates are driven by policies and deadlines and have strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Community Manager, complete lease packets, calculate rent, and prepare all documents in accordance with Monroe policy and procedures
- Maintain resident and property files and waiting lists
- Maintain accurate reporting as required per various agency and program requirements
- Audit and prepares the property for LIHTC, MOR, and other reviews
- Ensure compliance with EIV requirements
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)
- Project-Based Section 8: 3 years
- LIHTC: 3 years
- Working knowledge of onsite or Yardi Software
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
Additional requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections and have experience with resident-occupied project renovations. The following certifications are preferred: COS, HCCP, CPO, SCHM, TCS

- The work schedule is Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evenings as needed)
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
- Employment with Monroe Group is contingent upon the successful completion of background check
