Ready to sell something genuinely different?
We’re looking for a driven New Business Sales Manager to take an exciting AI-driven predictive technology proposition to market and help ambitious brands unlock smarter growth from their customer data.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales professional who wants more than a standard Saa S role.
You’ll be opening doors with brands, retailers, agencies and digital-first businesses, showing them how real-time predictive intelligence can improve conversion, increase customer value, reduce wasted marketing spend and prove ROI quickly.
You’ll have a bold, commercially powerful story to tell: a platform that helps businesses understand what their customers are most likely to do next and turn that insight into measurable growth.
For the right salesperson, it’s the chance to shape pipeline, influence go-to-market momentum and sell a proposition that feels fresh, relevant and built for where marketing is heading.
About the Role
This is a new business role for someone who can open doors, create opportunities and translate advanced predictive technology into clear commercial value.
You’ll build and manage your own pipeline, engage senior stakeholders and lead consultative sales conversations across CRM, ecommerce, digital, data and marketing teams.
You’ll be selling a differentiated proposition that uses real-time predictive intelligence to improve conversion, retention, customer value, targeting efficiency and return on marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline across ecommerce, retail, agencies and digital-first brands.
- Identify prospects with challenges around CRM, retention, conversion, paid media and customer value.
- Run discovery calls, demos and presentations that clearly show commercial value.
- Create ROI-led proposals and manage sales cycles through to close.
- Work with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and feed back market insight.
Skills and Experience
- Proven new business sales experience in martech, ecommerce, CRM, digital performance, retail media or related technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of CRM, segmentation, retention, customer value, ecommerce performance and paid media optimisation.
- Ability to translate AI, predictive modelling and customer scoring into clear commercial benefits for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience selling into CRM, ecommerce, digital, marketing or data teams.
- Confident building ROI-led business cases and communicating measurable impact.
- Comfortable discussing integrations and technical concepts at a high level.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive, target-driven and comfortable building pipeline from scratch.
- Consultative, curious and commercially sharp, with the confidence to challenge client thinking.
Benefits
- Remote UK-based role.
- Occasional travel for client, partner or team meetings when required.
- Opportunity to sell a genuinely differentiated AI-driven marketing technology proposition.
- Flexible, grown-up working culture.
- Competitive salary appropriate to experience.
- 25 days’ holiday plus UK bank holidays.
- Private healthcare and contributory pension scheme
