Our client is a leading national radio station dedicated to tradespeople. They are now expanding their commercial team and looking for an ambitious Agency Account Director to help them grow their agency presence. Responsibilities:
- You’ll be selling tailored advertising packages to media agencies, including radio airtime, branded content, sponsorships, competitions, events and integrated campaigns.
- As an Agency Account Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting their growth within the media agency market.
- You’ll help introduce the brand to advertising agencies, build strong relationships with planners and buyers, and support the delivery of standout campaigns.
- You’ll be joining a growing team of experienced radio professionals within our wider commercial department.
- Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll help bring branded content ideas to life from sponsorships and promotions to interactive solutions helping our commercial partners connect with the Radio’s unique trade audience.
Experience:
- Experience in media sales or agency account management.
- Radio experience strongly preferred but not essential.
- Clear, confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Motivated, well-organised and proactive.
- Commercially minded and keen to learn.
- Comfortable working independently with support from the wider team.
Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive Base + performance-based commission structure (Competitive OTE).
- Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
- Hours: 9am to 5pm.
- Location: Remote-first, with attendance required at our monthly team meetings in London.
