A leading, award-winning advertising agency in Brighton is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to join its growing team. Working with over 40 Higher Education institutions across the UK and internationally, this role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation and contribute to high-impact digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Lead client meetings, presenting strategies, performance insights and recommendations
  • Analyse campaign data to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Support and mentor Paid Media Executives and Senior Executives, ensuring best-practice delivery
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4, including event and goal tracking
  • Drive innovation by testing new approaches and sharing learnings across the agency
  • Contribute to strategy development, new business pitches and upsell opportunities

Experience required

  • Proven experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious and committed to continuous learning
  • Bonus: Meta Blueprint certification or experience with Campaign Manager 360 / Search Ads 360
