Business Development Manager
£35,000 - £45,000 PA (depending on experience) + 40% OTE

They are now hiring a sharp, energetic Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue across a portfolio of flagship and emerging events. You’ll own the sales pipeline, build senior-level relationships, and spot commercial opportunities before anyone else does.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sponsorship and partnership revenue with a consultative, strategic approach
- Engage C-suite leaders and industry influencers with confidence
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with production and marketing to shape standout event propositions
- Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings
Experience
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in events, media, or sponsorship
- A natural communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial instinct, resilience, and a hunger to win
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
