We are seeking a talented and professional hairdressers & Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty, hair and wellness, delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining a welcoming and organised environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a diverse skill set, including hair styling, eyelash extensions, and barbering, within a vibrant salon setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing personalised beauty treatments, fostering customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Deliver a wide range of hair & beauty services including hairstyling, eyelash extensions, and barbering to client needs.
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries efficiently.
• Assist in store management tasks including stock organisation and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the salon.
• Mentor junior staff and apprentices to ensure high standards of service and professional development.
• Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalised advice.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in hair & beauty or related fields such as hairdressing, barbering, colouring.
• Demonstrable skills in eyelash extensions, and barbering techniques are highly desirable.
• Experience in store management or supervisory roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in customer service roles within a salon or spa environment is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
