Procurement is a $4.2 trillion market where strategic decisions worth millions are still made manually — fragmented data, weeks of preparation, and negotiations run on instinct rather than intelligence. Monq changes that. We've built an AI negotiation engine that sits inside enterprise procurement workflows, giving teams the strategic clarity to negotiate faster and win better terms.

We're now hiring a Sales Executive to open the German market for Monq. You'll work directly with the founding team on every deal — no account management layers, no inherited playbook, no existing pipeline. Germany is a new market for us, and you're the one building it: targeting the Mittelstand companies and large enterprises that make up the backbone of German industry, and adapting our proposition to how they actually buy.

Ready to build Monq's commercial foundation in Germany?

What You'll Be Doing

  • Full-Cycle Enterprise & Mittelstand Sales: Own every stage of the sales cycle — from first outreach through to signed contract — across German Mittelstand and large enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from day one; you are accountable for sourcing as well as closing.
  • Sell into senior procurement and finance stakeholders — CPOs, CFOs, Leiter/innen Einkauf, and VP Procurement — comfortable operating in both English and German commercial contexts.

Enterprise Deal Execution

  • Run deep discovery to uncover the specific procurement pain, shape the right use case, and build the business case that gets it approved internally.
  • Manage complex, often more conservative German buying cycles — multiple stakeholders, works councils, procurement governance, and legal/data protection review — without losing momentum.
