Job Description

We are one the largest independent plastic reprocessing and recycling business, we have sophisticated reprocessing capacity.

We are looking for Commercial Business Development Manager to work and lead our procurement and buying team and increase the supply chain of recyclable plastics, paper and metal waste.

The candidate will be responsible to work with existing buyers to set targets and monitor and drive the buying team to develop and mentor them.

They will also be responsible to manage and increase supply chain from existing suppliers at the same time develop new suppliers from the b2b.

The role involves working for an established reprocessing business and winning new suppliers to increase the supply chain of recyclable plastics.

The candidate should have commercial buying experience or knowledge in the recycling industry and can show leadership, organizational skills and ability to work in a team, also you must be structured and develop a CRM system to manage, grow and increase sales. you must have some track record in developing and growing sales or buying.

The candidate should be well spoken and ability to present to businesses and local authorities.
