We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Agency Sales Manager to oversee a team of account executives while managing key client relationships and driving global revenue growth. This leadership role combines strategic account oversight, direct client engagement, and people management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a collaborative leader, and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leadership & Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Global Agency Account Executives.
    • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing feedback and mentorship.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on client success and revenue growth.
    • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
  • Strategic Account Management
    • Serve as senior point of contact for high-value global accounts.
    • Guide the team in developing and executing strategic account plans.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    • Own team revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of quotas.
    • Support team members in upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
    • Lead strategic pitches and negotiations for complex deals and partnerships.
    • Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
    • Monitor team pipeline and sales activity using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
    • Use data to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 8 years of experience in account management or sales, with at least 2+ years in a people management role (or equivalent).
  • Proven success in leading teams and exceeding revenue targets in an agency or marketing services environment.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience with using or coaching to MEDDPICC.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Gong).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for client success and team development.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
