*In this role, you’ll be responsible for retaining and nurturing long term relationships with premier and strategic foundry partners. You\’ll act as both a trusted advocate for our partners and an internal voice for global foundry needs, delivering actionable feedback to product, content, and experience teams to ensure we’re building solutions that fit the needs of the global market.*Gather feedback to continuously improve the partner experience, advocate for tooling or content needs, and identify regional blockers to scale.* Work closely with the regional and global sales leaders to understand customer needs for fonts, identify and close the gaps in our offering and strive to support sales in revenue maximization.* Travel in EMEA to meet directly with partners to strengthen relationships and represent Monotype at relevant industry events and in professional communities.**What we’re looking for:*** *Strong empathy for and enjoyment working with people in creative industries.** *Strong negotiation skills and proven success in closing high-value or strategic deals.** *Comfortable operating independently in a new market, with strong initiative and strategic thinking.** *Interest in creative fields such as art, type and design.** *Fluency in an additional language such as French or German is advantageous*What’s in it for you* *Hybrid work arrangements and competitive paid time off programs.** *Comprehensive commercial medical insurance coverage to meet all your healthcare needs.** *Competitive compensation with corporate bonus program & uncapped commission for quota-carrying Sales** *A creative, innovative, and global working environment in the creative and software technology industry*Work cross-functionally with global Partner Experience, Legal, Product, and Marketing teams to improve the foundry experience and drive mutual value.*Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience using and improving CRM systems to track partner relationships and opportunities**Proven years of experience in partnerships or business development, preferably within design, media, or IP-driven industries.* #J-18808-Ljbffr
