The successful candidate will serve as the primary owner of Monotype’s M&A pipeline, working closely with the rest of the Corporate Development team to drive end-to-end transaction activity — from initial outreach through integration.

- Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive diligence, clear decision-making, and disciplined execution throughout the transaction process.
- Support post-close integration planning and execution by establishing governance frameworks, coordinating cross-functional integration workstreams, tracking milestones, and monitoring value realization against the original deal thesis.
- Monitor trends across type, design, branding, creative software, and related technology markets to identify emerging opportunities, competitive dynamics, and areas of strategic relevance for Monotype’s growth agenda.
3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, business development, private equity, strategy consulting, or a related transaction-oriented role.
