The Agency Account Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and building strong relationships with strategic partners to drive topline growth, enhance the value of Monotype brand solutions and extend market reach.

The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to drive the agency side of Monotype’s business while developing strategic sales skills and driving overall revenue for Monotype.

  • Partner with team to own agency relationships that align and support Monotype growth and market expansion.
  • This includes the creation of detailed account plans to track agency progress and achievement to revenue and milestone goals, you will be working on the following with leadership oversight:
  • Drive educational measures to grow revenue through joint strategic planning that encompasses product, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Build and facilitate strong cross-functional relationships with Monotype business leaders and account personnel to engage on target agencies, strategize on holistic solutions, and ensure optimization of cross business opportunities.
  • Maintains Salesforce CRM, including adding new leads, maintaining a qualified pipeline, and recording interactions and contacts relevant to the organization.

2-4 years’ experience in an advertising agency or high-tech industry (preferably enterprise software) in the following roles: Business Development or Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing.

Fluency in English is required; French, German or Italian is a plus.
