We are a Tokyo-born independent creative agency and have set up our London office in March 2019. This position is for an on-site role at our London office, with a start date in October/November 2026. monopo is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to join our growing team of twelve in London. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our studio, making sure the office is organised, well maintained and a great place for the team to work. You’ll be a central part of studio life, keeping on top of everything from travel bookings, office supplies and maintenance to team lunches, drinks and celebrations.

We’re looking for someone practical, organised and proactive who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in creating a well-run and welcoming environment. As a Studio Manager, you make sure everything works. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the studio
  • Keeping office supplies, kitchen supplies and other essentials stocked and organised
  • Managing office maintenance and servicing, including AC, cleaning, repairs and other facilities
  • Liaising with our landlord, suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Coordinating collection and shipment of post and packages
  • Identifying and resolving issues with the studio before they become problems
  • Organising weekly team lunches, drinks, celebrations and other team activities
  • Helping organise events, presentations, visitors and other activities taking place in the studio
  • Helping create a welcoming, inspiring and well-organised studio environment
  • Onboarding new members in a clear and warm way
  • Supporting teams with travel planning booking on various projects
  • Supporting the directors and team with occasional administrative and operational tasks

  • Have a good eye for detail and take pride in doing things properly

  • Are friendly, approachable and enjoy being around people
  • Are comfortable working from our East London studio as this is an office-based role
  • Have a valid UK work visa
