With a fully staffed Design Engineering Department, Monolution provides a complete service for Design, Manufacture, and Delivery to meet various customer requirements.
Monolution are seeking an experienced 5 Axis CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our growing and diverse Operations Team. Working a weekend shift, it is your responsibility to deliver high-quality components on time and in full whilst working to best practice and embracing continuous improvement to meet the strategic vision for the company. The role demands a skilled, positive and dynamic person that works well in our team but also individually through the weekend shift.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Must be an experienced machinist with a proven track record.
- Experienced at programming, setting and operating multi-axis machining centres.
- Previous experience of machining a wide range of materials, on small batch precision components.
- Preferably worked in a motorsport, aerospace or a similarly disciplined field.
- Previous knowledge of CAM software Fusion 360 and Heidenhain controllers would be ideal.
