It's an exciting time, and we need a Technical Program Manager to replace our Head of Delivery during a planned absence.

In This Role, You Will:
- Own the endâtoâend delivery function across Tech, both planning and its effective dayâtoâday delivery, including nonâproduct led work (e.g. engineering time for support).
- Partner closely with other departments to ensure delivery scope and timelines are aligned across functions and serve companyâlevel initiatives.
- Define and scale delivery processes to support crossâfunctional collaboration, planning, and execution.
- Maintain visibility of plans, risks, and delivery health for stakeholders and leadership.
- Represent delivery needs, capacity, and tradeâoffs in leadership and crossâfunctional planning forums, in coordination with peers and the CTO.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery operations through retrospectives, feedback loops, and metrics.
- Ensure communications are effective and calibrated to the right audience and granularity.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years working with development teams as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Engagement Manager (with no more than ~3 years in pure Scrum Master roles).
- Technical background â has personally built or contributed handsâon to softwareâbased products earlier in their career.
- Experience operating at both strategic and tactical levels â from stakeholder management across multiple projects to dayâtoâday delivery support with teams.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technical initiatives.
- Strong firstâprinciples thinker â focuses on understanding root problems and solving by starting from firstâprinciples and adapting frameworks where they see fit.
- Skilled in influencing and change management, with high emotional intelligence (selfâawareness, empathy, and relationship management).
- Confident in crossâfunctional collaboration, aligning delivery scope and timelines across teams.
- Experienced in scaling delivery processes, driving continuous improvement, and creating visibility for leadership on progress, risks, and capacity.
- Excellent communicator who can tailor messages for different audiences â from engineering teams to exec leadership.
- Experience with both startups and large companies (startup experience in postâseries B transitioning stage, e.g. Series BâC).
