Location: Upminster (East London)
Contract Type: 1‑year fixed‑term part‑time contract with the possibility of extension
Pay: Main rate: £12.71 per hour. Overtime rate: £15.89 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures are followed
- Handling sales transactions as a till operator/cashier
- Supporting merchandising and stock replenishment
- Assisting with daily store operations in a food retail environment
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming store
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food retail preferred
- Basic English and spoken knowledge of any Eastern European language
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible retail shifts
