Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Global Tech Recruiting team is dedicated to attracting and hiring the best technical talent to grow Stripe now and into the future. The Talent Brand team sits within Recruiting and is critical to making Stripe a premier career destination — helping improve the quality, efficiency, and strategic impact of how we attract and hire talent. We do this by building and managing Stripe’s employer brand, executing recruitment marketing programs, and enabling recruiters with the tools, messaging, and insights they need to effectively sell Stripe to the world's best candidates.
What you’ll do
As a Talent Brand Program Manager, you will own Stripe’s reputation as an employer — shaping how candidates perceive and experience Stripe at every touchpoint in their journey. You’ll be responsible for managing Stripe’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), driving recruitment marketing programs, and building recruiter enablement resources that make our global recruiting team more strategic and effective. This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and recruiting and requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and influence. You’ll work closely with partners across Brand, Communications, Marketing, and People, as well as business leaders across the company, to ensure Stripe’s employer brand is compelling, consistent, and competitive. You’ll also manage agency relationships and associated budgets to deliver creative work and research that drives a measurable impact on Stripe’s ability to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Stripe’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP), including the messaging matrix and visual design system, ensuring it is consistently applied across all candidate and employee touchpoints.
- Lead the redesign and ongoing evolution of Stripe’s careers site stripe.com/jobs, serving as the candidate advocate and People team representative on the project team.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and programs, partnering with external agencies to create compelling, data-informed content that reaches and engages target talent audiences and upholds Stripe’s brand.
- Build and maintain recruiter enablement resources — including team landing pages, toolkits, and talent intelligence — that equip recruiters with the messaging, competitive insights, and tools to effectively pitch Stripe to candidates.
- Drive EVP measurement through brand studies and ongoing reporting, using data to track Stripe’s employer brand health, set benchmarks, and report progress against company OKRs.
- Manage and grow strategic external partnerships to expand Stripe’s employer brand reach and visibility.
- With the Communications team, support Stripe leadership visibility programs, enabling leaders to build their personal brand on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Manage two agency relationships across multiple programs, partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to manage the vendor relationship and investments.
- Operate as a program management expert across the Talent Brand portfolio, driving multiple concurrent projects from strategy through execution with clarity, rigor, and accountability.
- Produce regular reporting on recruitment marketing performance — including reach, engagement, and sentiment — to inform strategy and demonstrate impact.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of experience in employer branding, talent brand, recruitment marketing, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience developing and activating an Employer Value Proposition (EVP), including messaging and creative application across candidate touchpoints.
- Strong ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority, across all levels of an organization including senior leadership.
- Experience managing external agency relationships and overseeing creative and research deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience managing and stewarding significant budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and use insights to inform strategy and report on program impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand voice, messaging, and content quality.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing at a high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms such as Gem and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, or working closely with creative teams and brand studios.
- Experience with event marketing or candidate-facing event programs.
- Familiarity with content creator or media partnerships as part of a brand strategy.
- Experience using or managing AI tools to support content generation or operational workflows.
- Experience working with or alongside a communications or brand function in a matrixed organization.
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams. A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on‑sites, meet‑ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently live or plan to live.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $184,600 - $276,800. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
