As a Strategy & Operations Principal, you will lead and optimise on‑ground operations, ensuring top‑quality service for Via’s partners and passengers across the UK. You will shape operational strategy, tackle complex challenges, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the performance of a selected portfolio of our UK services, delivering on operational goals while ensuring a world‑class customer experience.
  • Identify and solve problems in real time, coordinating with on‑ground teams and cross‑functional partners to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Drive strategic initiatives with external partners and internal teams, using insights from active services to improve processes and shape the future of our service.
  • Oversee core and field teams, fostering a collaborative, cohesive, high‑energy culture.
  • Collaborate with teams across Via, including Strategy, Product, Partnerships, and Operations, to improve scalability and operational excellence.
  • Recommend strategies that balance service quality, efficiency, and SLA commitments.
  • Analyse data, track key metrics, and prepare reports to inform decisions, optimise resources, and continuously improve performance.
