Senior Data Analyst – London

We’re looking for a highly skilled and curious Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team and help more fans get to shows they love.

About the role
You\’re an experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about defining and delivering data products and comfortable supporting the diverse needs of multiple teams. You’ll be in an inspiring and fast-moving environment as part of a cross-functional team, working closely with Product squads, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.
You’ll be leading the development of data tools, delivering highly scalable systems, and translating insights into actionable product features that will help disrupt a global industry. You will contribute to improving our ways of working and establishing a data-informed culture across the business

Working across the development lifecycle to improve and maintain our web apps.

Providing technical insights and project estimations.

Working with product managers, designers, backend and mobile designers, and quality assurance specialists.

You’ll need

Advanced level of data literacy, preferably with experience as either Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Process Analyst

Strong Data Skills: SQL, spreadsheets, data visualisation/BI tools (e.g. Looker), and Python/R for more advanced analysis.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, financial concepts, macroeconomic trends, and industry-specific trends.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify problems, ask the right questions, and derive insights from data.

Communication Skills: Translating complex data findings into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
