We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit, we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on a job description. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!

At Tracksuit, we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors.

As our first Presales Lead, you will establish and define the Presales function within Tracksuit, owning the strategy and process to scale and align Sales, Customer, and Research teams, ensuring technical solutions meet business outcomes across global markets. You will combine your business acumen and technical, hands-on research experience to help customers leverage the power of Tracksuit's brand tracking platform, changing the way brand is viewed within their organisation.

In this role, you will work with our customer’s business and technical decision-makers as well as Tracksuit's Customer, Research and Product teams. You will support the sales team by engaging early in the sales cycle to define customer needs, identify feasible solutions, and tailor the Tracksuit platform to meet those needs effectively. Both the customer and the internal team will lean on you to imagine what is possible with Tracksuit’s brand research and determine if it’s feasible.

The role requires an affinity for solution selling, market research, technology evangelism and customer engagement. You will ensure technical solutions align with customer business goals, working cross-functionally to accelerate sales cycles and creating momentum by coaching the team and others in the process. The ability to explain technical research concepts in a non-technical manner and align them with business value is a must.

Career progression opportunities for this role include leading the function’s scaling across our global markets, or becoming an increasingly specialised subject matter expert as our business and offerings increase in complexity.

That's the role, so who are you? A highly strategic, deeply curious, and highly organised leader, able to navigate complex challenges with autonomy and drive cross-team success. You have extensive experience in a presales role, solutions consulting role and/or in brand health research and tracking methodologies. Strong solution design experience or experience implementing custom solutions for customers. A high level of business acumen, with a proven track record of influencing product strategy, applying product-centric frameworks to sales processes, and driving results at scale. A demonstrated history of building strong relationships with key-decision makers in a commercial context, fostering trust, and guiding customers through a technical decision-making process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in SaaS/Cloud solutions.

As our Pre Sales Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject-matter expert in discovery and scoping sessions, translating technical customer needs into actionable and feasible research solutions within Tracksuit’s platform capabilities.
  • Applying our brand tracking solutions to align with customers’ business objectives and deliver actionable insights for brand health.
  • Providing thought leadership during the sales cycle by communicating complex research concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
  • Building and maintaining an in-depth understanding of Tracksuit’s offering, competitive landscape, and complementary research methodologies.
  • Supporting our customer-facing quota holders with queries, ensuring all required information for tracker setup is completed within timelines.
  • Acting as the technical primary liaison between Sales and Research, owning seamless handover of information and alignment on deliverables.
  • Driving alignment and collaboration across Sales, Research, Customer Success, and Product teams, leading the orchestration of processes that optimise deal velocity and ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation.
