About the Role:

This is a key player in fostering the growth of Notion in a region. This marketer delivers in-person community-building experiences for our users/customers, across segments, for the UK market. You will work closely with global marketing and cross-functional regional stakeholders in sales and customer success to deliver high-value events with best-in-class content and experiences for our customers, prospects, and partners—all in support of region-specific priorities.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Build and nurture communities across students, professionals, startups, enterprise users and business leaders across the UK.
  • Orchestrate and deliver a range of market-level field and community experiences, that bring the Notion sparkle to life.
  • Engage and delight Notion users, across a range of event formats—digital, meetup, third-party and owned events.
  • Own end-to-end planning, execution and measurement of all programmes.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

  • 4+ years of related marketing experience.
  • A passion for all things field and experiential marketing. You understand the purpose and place for all types of events, from community to corporate, taking pride in delivering on the finest of details that make the difference between a good event and a great event.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering events and experiences that delight customers and drive business value.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically, while managing multiple events and programs.
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech environment.
  • Notion user: you're comfortable and familiar with Notion's value to businesses.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Luma, Airtable and Tableau.
