Stripe is seeking a University Recruiter to attract and hire junior talent, managing the campus recruiting lifecycle, on-campus events, branding, and our global internship program. This is an 11-month fixed-term contract with a focus on building a strong, diverse pipeline and exceptional candidate experience.
You will partner with engineering to shape early-stage university programs, manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple offices, travel up to 30%, and collaborate with stakeholders.
