We’re building a global partnerships team and we’re looking for someone who intrinsically knows and understands how to build and foster partner relationships and has a deep understanding of the advertising agency landscape across the UK, France and Germany. Agencies are an important channel for Tracksuit – they bring new customers, actively use our platform to drive client growth, and are true ambassadors of the Tracksuit brand. We’ve built an incredible ecosystem of agencies who love using and representing Tracksuit, and have designed a partner experience to drive true value to their business.

As our Partner Manager, we will look to you to source and build partner relationships and leverage them to bring more customers on board and ensure they are getting as much value from Tracksuit as possible. You will also motivate cross-functional teams involved in partnership activities by providing guidance and direction to ensure the success of these partnerships.

As our Agency Partner Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities & clearly communicating/presenting our unique value proposition that drives viable business outcomes with partners across UK, France and Germany.
  • Onboarding, enablement and ongoing engagement of partners.
  • Nurturing of existing high value Partner accounts in order to drive customer referrals, while adding value to existing partners via strategy and insights.
  • Establish and drive key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and performance, as well as deploy tactics to reach key metrics.
  • Keeping your fingers on the pulse of the advertising agency landscape, maintaining current knowledge of key industry movement – such as people movement, agency mergers or new business wins.
  • Attend key industry events across the marketing calendar year, representing Tracksuit amongst the marketing community.
  • Utilize nurture tactics such as QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regularly evaluate the performance of agency partnerships and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Working closely with our global partnerships team, as well as with our Sales/Growth, Customer, Marketing, Product & Research Teams.

That’s the role, so who are you?

  • We’re looking for an engaging, strategic and thoughtful human to speak the language of agencies and be a true champion of our partners and customers’ brands; so you will naturally have an excellent understanding and hands-on experience across the agency landscape.
  • You’ll love building 1:1 relationships and will be well equipped with excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to adjust content, tone, language and presentation collateral to suit a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills and great commercial acumen; you’ll be motivated by revenue growth and come from a Strategic Partnerships, Channel or Advertising Agency background and have a good understanding of budgets.
  • This role wears lots of hats (sales, relationship management, marketing, ops) and you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty, but you’ll also take a broad strategic view and come up with ideas and strategies to drive engagement at scale.
  • You’ll have excellent Project Management skills and have the ability to work within the broader business on projects and initiatives.
  • A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.
  • You understand the importance of brand building and why strong brand health is critical to a business’ success.
