Position Summary: Performs all tasks within the warehouse including timely loading & unloading of pickups and receipts, processing outbound SO and transfer shipments, as well as the processing of RMAs. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs all work in a safe manner, remain constantly aware of continuous improvement(s) for safety-related opportunities
- Load and unload material in warehouses and storage facilities
- Receive materials and verify against packing slips to ensure accuracy
- Pick shipments, palletize and package according to procedures
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork; record materials transferred/received
- Move delivered goods and materials to the appropriate location in the warehouse
- Organize stored inventory
- Look up material quantities using a computerized inventory system
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Other duties assigned by management.
Hours: 3pm-11pm (Plus OT and weekends as needed)
Qualifications Education and Work Experience:
- 3 years of forklift experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to neatly and accurately complete paperwork
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid drivers license
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution using RF scan
Physical Requirements:
- Hand/eye coordination
- Walk/stand 100% of shift
- Handling (holding, grasping)
- Push/pull 400 lbs.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Seeing/depth perception
