Your Role:
You will bring a passion and attention to detail that will make you an exceptional Commis Chef. Your passion will ignite the experiences for our guests. Joining the Kitchen Brigade, you will:
- Be passionate about food, preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to Company standards, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Always ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards
- Prepare the mis‑en‑place for the relevant dishes and menus
- Ensure equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of mis‑en‑place, cooking, and the service of food to the required standards
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the section and all associated areas, relating to both storage and preparation, ensuring health and hygiene regulations are always followed in line with departmental cleaning schedules
As a Commis Chef, we ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You will have a real passion for food, and you will have excellent attention to detail to provide consistently high standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel. You will be great at multi‑tasking; you will be efficient at solving all guest enquiries and requests with ease. We will support you by giving you the platform to develop, learn & shine!
