Your Role
As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for running the full breakfast service.
Working from 7am - 3pm, 5 days per week, you will be responsible for producing the best quality breakfasts for all our guests and non-resident bookings.
- Provide a full a la carte breakfast, alongside a continental offering for up to 70 guests each day.
- Solely responsible for all mis en place required for the breakfast service each day.
- Ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality.
- We Ask of You
- Can demonstrate an awareness of the importance of minimising wastage
- Can demonstrate a clear passion and interest in food
- Can demonstrate experience of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen
- Good awareness of Health Safety in the workplace
- Previous experience of working within a Kitchen of a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Food Hygiene Certificate
