Summary Great opportunity for a Laboratory Technician from a materials science background to join a diverse technical team. Monocon specialises in manufacturing refractory products destined for the ferrous and non-ferrous metal-making industry. As part of our continued growth, Monocon would like to welcome a new Laboratory Technician to join the Monocon family, supporting the future of the business. The Laboratory Technician will provide technical and analytic support for the new product development of monolithic refractories which include castables, dry vibratables, ramming and gunning mixes for high temperature metallurgical use. The candidate will work under direct supervision of the R and D Manager. About Monocon Monocon International Refractories Ltd. are a subsidiary of IFGL Refractories Ltd which is primarily dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and supply of innovative, high-quality products to steelmakers all around the world. Established in 1973, Monocon has rich history of supporting the requirements of the global refractory industry.
