About the role: We are looking for a retail and e-commerce executive to join our team in London. This is a varied role working across our online shop, campaign production and newsletter creation, as well as on numerous pop-ups and retail projects. This role is suited to candidates who demonstrate a genuine passion for retail and e-commerce as well as editorial and creative content – with the organisational skills to match. You will work closely with our retail, design, editorial and photo teams, and be a key point of contact for keeping our online shop looking sharp and running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Co‑ordination, preparation and scheduling of our bi‑weekly retail newsletter via Klaviyo, and reviewing performance for optimisation
- Visual merchandising and updating product listings across our e‑commerce platform
- Co‑ordinating retail campaign and e‑commerce photo shoots – from scheduling, sample logistics, shot‑list planning to on‑site style support
- Collaborate with our design and editorial teams on creative and product‑content requirements
- Creating supporting visual assets for retail use: GIFs, image retouching, in‑shop signage
- Supporting seasonal campaigns, pop‑ups and retail activations
The role will suit candidates who can demonstrate:
- A background in e‑commerce, fashion and retail
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with or interest in photoshoot co‑ordination
- System familiarity and experience with Klaviyo, e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify/Swell), Adobe Creative Suite, work‑management systems (e.g. Asana), POS Software (e.g. Revel), is an advantage
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A collaborative and confident team player who communicates effectively across departments
- Flexible, proactive and works well under pressure
