  • Visual merchandising and updating product listings across our e‑commerce platform
  • Co‑ordinating retail campaign and e‑commerce photo shoots – from scheduling, sample logistics, shot‑list planning to on‑site style support
  • Collaborate with our design and editorial teams on creative and product‑content requirements
  • Creating supporting visual assets for retail use: GIFs, image retouching, in‑shop signage
  • Supporting seasonal campaigns, pop‑ups and retail activations

The role will suit candidates who can demonstrate:

  • A background in e‑commerce, fashion and retail
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience with or interest in photoshoot co‑ordination
  • System familiarity and experience with Klaviyo, e‑commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify/Swell), Adobe Creative Suite, work‑management systems (e.g. Asana), POS Software (e.g. Revel), is an advantage
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • A collaborative and confident team player who communicates effectively across departments
  • Flexible, proactive and works well under pressure

We work on unique, global projects alongside our talented international team. This role is office‑based at Midori House in Marylebone. We offer the following benefits:

  • Breakfast provided five days a week
  • Health and life insurance benefits
