The focus is on delivery and growing the business. You will shape campaigns, optimise pricing and proposition, improve conversion and reduce churn. Working closely with marketing, editorial and digital teams, you will turn output into sustained subscriber growth. This is a hands‑on role. • Identify and drive improvements to lifecycle journeys and customer experience across the funnel

What you’ll bring

  • Proven ownership of subscriber or recurring revenue growth
  • Strong commercial judgment – you understand what drives conversion and retention
  • Hands‑on experience with lifecycle platforms (Klaviyo essential) and subscription and analytics platforms (Piano essential, GA4 required)
  • Confidence managing paid acquisition with clear ROI accountability
  • Ability to work across teams and influence outcomes
  • A structured approach to testing, learning and improving performance
  • An understanding of how to grow a premium audience without diluting its value
