About Monocle
Monocle is an independent media brand that has built a global reputation for its coverage of international affairs, design, travel, fashion and more. Launched in London in 2007, the business has blossomed to include our magazine, daily newsletters, a round-the-clock radio station and international events, as well as thriving shops, e-commerce and cafés. With HQs, bureaux and retail outposts in Paris, Zürich, Tokyo, Merano and Hong Kong, we are a global team that is proud to be a vital source of inspiration, analysis and ideas for our discerning international audience.
About the role
Monocle is looking for an organised, technically competent Content & Campaigns Producer to deliver and optimise our commercial and in‑house campaigns across emails, our website and audio. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is a mid‑level role for someone who thrives on operational excellence but can also spot opportunities to improve systems and strategy. You will sit at the centre of multiple departments, ensuring that commercial content and internal Monocle campaigns are implemented professionally, on time and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone who has experience of structured workflows, detailed planning and making complex campaign calendars run smoothly, while using performance data to improve working practices. It’s a delivery‑focused role for someone who is adept at working across multiple platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with our project‑management team, head of digital and CMO to implement commercial packages across newsletters, bespoke emails, website placements, event pages and radio collaborations.
- Co‑ordinating campaign execution across Klaviyo, WordPress and radio platforms (Triton and Omny — training provided).
- Maintaining clear campaign calendars using spreadsheets and Asana to ensure smooth delivery and visibility across teams.
- Supporting the promotion of in‑house initiatives, including events, by uploading supplied content onto Wordpress and into Klaviyo communications.
- Building, segmenting and scheduling daily and bespoke newsletters in Klaviyo, ensuring appropriate messaging reaches each audience as needed.
- Reporting on behavioural data to support initiatives to optimise engagement and conversion.
- Producing regular, clear performance reports for our commercial teams, the CMO and the Head of Digital.
- Using Klaviyo and Google Analytics to analyse campaign and audience performance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows and performance over time.
- Supporting Monocle’s radio and editorial teams with on‑platform support where required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in Klaviyo - not essential but highly advantageous. If you have no Klaviyo experience, you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of other CRM tools.
- Relevant experience of working with multiple departments and stakeholders, with a high level of organisation.
- Experience of using Google Analytics and other data tools to create performance reports.
- An ability to pick up different platforms and software tools quickly and be comfortable working with various technical systems.
This role is an in‑office position based at our Marylebone HQ and we offer the following benefits:
- Discounts at The Monocle Café and Shop.
- Breakfast, provided five days a week.
- Health‑ and life‑insurance benefits.
- 23 days of annual leave, a seven‑day Christmas shutdown and eight bank holidays.
- A dog‑friendly office.
Apply now if you have at least two years of relevant experience – and a passion for the Monocle brand and our digital potential. Please note that all applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
