About the role
Monocle is committed to producing, commissioning and using beautiful, high‑quality imagery across all of our platforms. As part of our passionate and talented photography team, you will play a key role in the creation and production of the distinctive visual content that we are known for. The creative producer role will suit candidates with experience of producing photography and video shoots for brands, and who understand the production process. Reporting to the photography director, you will be responsible for project managing and delivering allocated projects autonomously. The creative producer is a key conduit between the photo and commercial teams, ensuring that our commercially led products are delivered to the highest quality. You will work closely with the commercial sales and production teams and the photo team to ensure that everyone has full visibility of the commercial projects across print, digital, books, experiential and video.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience of producing photography and video shoots for brands.
- The ability to manage the entire production process independently, while negotiating multiple work streams and stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of usage rights and copyright relating to commercial photography.
- Excellent picture‑research skills and confidence in commissioning photographers and creative talent.
- Attention to detail, initiative and a proactive approach.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, freelancers and internal stakeholders.
- A positive attitude – a true collaborator, you are committed to creating the highest‑quality products.
- Experience of producing short‑form video content.
