Base pay range: Basic Salary to £80,000 + 25% Bonus, Quality Company Car/Car Allowance (£7,200), Pension, Private Medical Insurance + Excellent Benefits UK Coverage with South Yorkshire HQ.

We are currently working on a retained basis with a market leading provider of care supplies, with a reputation for providing quality products and services. Part of a major group, who are a European market leader, with over 3,000 employees and an enviable client base, the role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in a high profile role.

Responsible for the sales & marketing functions of a circa £40m business unit, our client is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Director with experience gained in a similar role in the industry or an allied sector.

What’s required:
  • A proven track record in a Sales & Marketing Director role
  • Experience gained in the care supplies, medical supplies, hygiene/cleaning supplies or an allied sector.
  • Extensive exposure to leading teams selling to the care sector.
  • A history of leading teams, delivering double digit YoY growth and overtarget performance.
  • Highly developed commercial acumen, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience of bid, tender and frameworks.
  • Drive, tenacity and resilience!
