Regional Sales Manager - Materials Handling Equipment

Basic Salary circa £60,000, OTE £90,000 plus Car (EV/Hybrid), Pension & Excellent Benefits.
Our client is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of materials handling equipment. Known for producing some of the best equipment in the sector and for providing service to match, they are a genuine market leader.
Managing a team of Area Sales Managers based across the South West region, you will be responsbile for the recruitment, training, motivation and discipline of a successful team, who set the standard for the industry.
What's Required:
- Experience gained in a similar Regional Sales Manager role, managing field based sales teams ideally in the materials handling equipment or capital equipment sales sector.
- A proven track record gained managing teams to exceed sales targets.
- Exposure to devision and executing sales strategies where product and service quality are the driver rather than price.
- An inclusive, expansive management style, with a desire to drive performance via field accompaniments and field activity.
- The drive, dynamism and resilience required to be effective in a competitive sector.
- Highly developed commercial accumen and emotional intellingence (EQ)
