Our client is a highly successful IT managed services provider based in Lancashire. Established for well over 10 years and with an excellent reputation, they continue to grow rapidly.
Reporting to the board and responsible for the business service operations, working at the our clients newly refurbished offices, the role will comprise of the day to day management of a well established service desk team and also for the wider service strategy, including areas such as compliance, budgets, operational and team development, systems development, performance management and reporting.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience gained in a similar service operations or service desk management role, including 1st and 2nd line management.
- Current experience gained working in an MSP environment.
- Exposure to strategic and operational planning gained in an IT service environment.
- Experience of being a part of an SLT.
- An inclusive management style with a passion for driving professional development in teams.
- Extensive experience of devising and managing KPI & SLA agreements and reporting tools.
- ITIL v4
- A "customer first" mentality
