Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To provide Technical Product Training to Aprolis Engineers & Dealer Network across all Brands
  • Liaise with Training Administration to prioritise Engineer & Dealer Network Training across all Brands
  • Training Liaison /Representative for Aprolis with the OEM’s
  • To keep all relevant presentations current and up to date as products develop
  • Research & create new courses as required for new products across all brands

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Previous experience and ability to deliver and present training courses
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to remain Impartial across all brands
  • Strong Leadership and Coaching skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country and stay away from home as and when required
  • Willingness to travel internationally and stay away from home to gain product knowledge across all Brands as and when required
  • Excellent IT knowledge including use of Word, Excel, Teams, Adobe and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills, methodical with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work using own initiative and prioritise workload alongside Training Administration
  • Works well under pressure, adhering to deadlines and keeping the quality required
  • Work within a team and promote strong ‘team player’ attributes

CORE ACTIVITIES:

  • To provide Technical Product Training to Aprolis Engineers & Dealer Network across all Brands to involve visits to Dealers sites when required
  • Prepare and deliver Technical Product training courses including any supporting handouts/training material that may be required
  • Prepare and deliver Health & Safety ‘Toolbox Talks’ covering key H&S subjects. These will be carried out in advance of all Technical Training courses to ensure that Safe Systems of Work at the forefront of our employee’s minds
  • Working with Training Administration to maximise the cost effectiveness of all courses in terms of training course location and number of attendees
  • Liaise with Manufacturer’s/Suppliers to obtain Technical Training/information as required to create and update delivery material.
  • To ensure that Training documentation/course evaluation information are promptly sent to the Training Administration
  • Take part in business development projects as required
  • Produce training reports if necessary for unsuitable candidates, venue, facilities etc
  • To attend product training on all brand machines then produce lesson plans to deliver internally and to the Dealer network
