Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in shaping the development journey from inception to completion, building knowledge and capability in procurement methods, contract management, cost control, and project management techniques, with a view to taking on full responsibility over time.
  • Support the creation of high-quality advice, information, and reports for the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to Board and Committee outputs while developing confidence in presenting and influencing at a Senior level.
  • Take an active part in appointing, coordinating, and managing professional consultants, gaining hands-on experience in driving the design and delivery of development projects, with increasing leadership responsibility as your experience grows.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, project-driven environment—building strong, effective relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, consultants, and developers. You’ll play an important role in delivering homes across a diverse range of tenures, ultimately stepping up to lead these partnerships with confidence and independence.
