We’re looking for an inspiring Income Manager to lead our high-performing, person-centred income service and help us continue delivering excellent results for both our organisation and our residents. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing income and recoverable debt services, ensuring strong financial performance while supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
You’ll champion a prevention-focused approach, balancing early intervention and affordability support with firm, fair, and proportionate recovery action when needed. Working closely with colleagues and partners, you’ll use data, insight, and performance management to drive continuous improvement, manage risk, and ensure our services remain responsive and resilient in a changing environment.
You’ll also provide oversight on complex cases, ensuring decisions are evidence-based, compliant, and always aligned with our values-led approach.
