We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Maintenance Surveyor to deliver a responsive, high-quality repairs and maintenance service to our tenants and leaseholders. The role involves inspecting properties, diagnosing disrepair (particularly damp and mould), specifying works and supporting the delivery of repairs, voids and planned maintenance, while ensuring compliance with housing regulations and service standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Inspect properties and diagnose disrepair issues, with a strong focus on damp and mould.
- Specify and support the delivery of minor to medium-value works, ensuring quality, value for money and effective contractor management.
- Support repairs, voids, ad-hoc major works, planned maintenance and improvement programmes.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the in‑house Building Services Team and Housing.
