The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own workload, prioritising tasks effectively, and working independently while demonstrating initiative when dealing with day‑to‑day issues.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves maintaining regular contact with the line manager, administration team, and clients to relay updates, concerns, and job‑related information. As part of the Property Services Department, the post holder will also be required to participate in the organisation’s standby/on‑call rota.
