You will play a key role in supporting departmental leadership by helping develop and deliver service standards, strategies and performance targets, deputising for the Head of Building Services when required.
You will provide clear operational and financial reporting, producing performance updates for senior leaders and offering timely, effective feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead the Reactive Repairs and Voids workstreams, driving productivity, strong performance management and the ongoing development of staff.
