Responsibilities

  • Liaise effectively with contractors undertaking cyclical servicing and inspections of stairlifts, ensuring all works are completed within agreed timescales and that accurate documentation is received promptly.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, responding to enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner, and rearranging appointments where required.
  • Support the Building Services team in achieving and maintaining key performance targets, including monitoring performance data and contributing to tenant satisfaction outcomes.
  • Assist with the ordering of materials and maintain accurate records of goods received.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Building Services Managers, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
